Title: Hello to all!
Post by: Narc Slowhands on November 23, 2013, 08:47:51 PM
Just registered & looking to expand my knowledge of Home brewing. Been at it for the past year & have tried a few different extract brews. Like most of what I have produced so far but have really only scraped the surface.
look forward to chatting & learning!

Cheers
Narc

Hi Narc,
Your local group would be Capital Brewers. Actually, there is a meetup and homebrew tasting tomorrow (Tuesday 26th) evening in WJ Kavanagh's in Dorset Street. Starts at 7 pm, free to attend. There'll be a dozen or so of us there, so if you're free it'll be a good chance to introduce yourself. There's all types of brewers in Capital, from kit to all-grain (I'm extract too, myself). See here http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.com/forum/index.php/topic,4744.0.html . There'll be a couple of other new guys along for their first night too, so you won't feel out of place.
There are also regular monthly brewdays in TOG behind the Radisson Hotel in Golden Lane - so lots of beer flowing!  ;)
