Title: A visit to Brú Brewery
Post by: Rats on November 25, 2013, 01:01:26 PM
I have spoken to the guys @ the brewery in Trim and they are willing to give us a tour and a tasting at the brewery.
Preferably on a Saturday @ €20/head to see the brew plant and tasting(pints) as much as you can/want.
For a fiver extra they can organize a bite to eat as well. They have a dartboard set up for the pro's. :-\
Bus eireann goes from Dublin bus station to Trim every two hours and return every four hours. The bus drop you less than 1km from the brewery.
I know it is short notice before x-mas  :(  so if you are interested put your name down and the date that might suit you.
We can do it next year as well if their is not enough interest before x-mas.
They can accommodate about 30 people at a time.

Thats sounds like great fun, I'm sure the tour costs €20 to see the plant and there is no exchange of money for alcohol as obviously that would require a licence ;)
