Title: Recipe - Black Friday Black IPA

Just coming up to the boil now.
Batch size 23 L
OG 1.071
IBU 80
Water treated with gypsum

Grains are a bit old so going for 65% efficiency

Vienna Malt 7.50 Kg
Wheat Malt 1.00 Kg
Carafa special 3 aprox 250G cold steep overnight and added to boil.

Columbus 14.5% AA 25g @ 60 min
Magnum 14% AA 10g @ 60
Amarillo 10.1% AA 20g @30
Amarillo 10.1% AA 30g @ 10
Citra 15% AA 40g @ 0
Columbus 14.5 AA 30g @ 0

Hop steep for 20 mins

Yeast : Conan.
