Title: finally nailed effeciency

iv been doin BIAB a while and my effeciency was pretty crap, i was coming out with about 65%, changed a few things up yesterday and i got a whopping 86%, very very pleased with that couldn ask for better, got my beersmith software dialed in also so should start getting  repeatable results. brewed a zombie dust clone so really looking forward to it, think is bubbling like crazy most vigorous fermentation iv had, hope i didn over pitch

well the last few times i had some temp jumps so i better insulated my pot first off, then i gave my grains a bit of a beating with a rolling pin, not into a powder or anything now but they were fairly crushed, then i done a 75 minute mash and i also performed a mash out at 76C for ten minutes which i think really helped and then i squeeze the life out of my bag of grains till there was very little wort coming from them, i also gave a stir every 20 minutes or so and checked my temp and adjust accordingly
