OK, folks 'tis the season.......so what items of brew kit are on your Santa wish list?
I have an all year round wish list, does that count?!
I'd love a brewbot...
Chugger, and that bloody reindeer will be mounted over my mantlepiece if it's not delivered.
CO2 tank is on my list. If leaving a business card for Munster CO2 lying around isn't hint enough?
Start flicking her with it on the nose.

FFS: I can give you and your Munster Santyclaus a full Xmas CO2 tank (i.e. Bright Red, Tinsel/Holly is available) but what about my "Stainless, Shinny, AC Welding TIG Powered, full Automated Brewing Thingy" in return??
Been getting all the equipment for our keg as an early Xmas present.
Maybe some rinsey hops?!

Currently sitting in a box in the garage, not to be opened until the missus wraps it and Santa carries it into the house.

High Performance Gas/Liquid Chromatograph
If you are going to think: THINK BIG!

You canny make beer with one of those!
Ah but just think of all the members that would bring me samples for testing:
"Roll up, Roll up: Beer testing now available. You bring it, I'll analyse it. 1 litre minimum and I will only charge a tenner for a full analysis"
Truth is a HPGLC needs about 10 microlitres to do its thing!
Also they may NOT understand the printed graph with all those spikes and things!
Sound buisness model or what!
Dragons den here I come!
So, you have some form of laboratory accreditation to stand by your results? Of course, we would be expecting value for money for 10 quid plus 9,999,990ul of free beer (hope I got my sums right?). It's a while since I worked with such large volumes (and tonight's beer has kicked in).
I didn't post my Santa wish list, because it's my birthday this month too and I was waiting to see..........
So glad to report, I got a nice book - Boutique Beers, a refractometer and 4 hop plants - EK Holdings, Fuggles, Challenger and Cascade - to be transplanted at a secret Belfast venue in the incoming weeks. Nice!
....oh, and thanks for all the cards fellas!
Don't think I should be too greedy and ask Santa for any more. Guess a guy can never have too many ties, socks and old spice.
awesome! but dont plant the hops now. wait till frost leaves in spring
