Not had a lot of Bramling cross before but if it's a tasty hop it looks like a cracker.

Some nice maltyness from the Munich and good head from the wheat, with plenty of bitterness and hopefully a good strong hop flavour as well. Should be a nice golden colour too

210g of bramling cross, you'd know he's trying to shift 5 kilo's!! :)

Looks good, but think if I was using that much hops I'd space them out a bit more; maybe have a 60, 40, 20, 5 min addition. That way you get more hop flavour  ;)

QuoteSo you're saying
70g @ 60
70g @ 40
70g @ 20
70g @ 5

and then
70g @ 0
70g dry hop after 7 days in primary.

Do ya dare me to brew it?! 8-)
What, no First Wort hopping?  :o

edit: please do brew it!
