Not had a lot of Bramling cross before but if it's a tasty hop it looks like a cracker.
Some nice maltyness from the Munich and good head from the wheat, with plenty of bitterness and hopefully a good strong hop flavour as well. Should be a nice golden colour too
210g of bramling cross, you'd know he's trying to shift 5 kilo's!! :)
Looks good, but think if I was using that much hops I'd space them out a bit more; maybe have a 60, 40, 20, 5 min addition. That way you get more hop flavour ;)
