brewed this a few weeks ago, sampled a few btls and happy with the results.

ABV 5.3%

1.5kg kit
1.5kg LME
250g brown sugar
50g Carafa III
180g Chocolate malt
200g Carapils
100g Carared

50g Bullion @ 60mins
50g Galena @ 60mins

50g Fuggles @ 15mins
20g Cascade @ 15mins

That looks very bitter, but if that's how you like it it'll be fantastic :)

put this into the Liffey competition yesterday and got a score of 28.
