Folks, provisionally Saturday 25th Jan is the day we'll empty the barrel.

If you're not able to make it please drop me in a corny and I'll fill it. You can collect it then whenever suits.

Barrel will be washed out and left to soak with water for a few weeks before we fill it with oud bruin. The date for the oud bruin is tbc.

Can I borrow a bottling gun from someone please around that time? I plan to force carb and bottle.

Shane what's happening with old bruin? Has anyone started one yet? I'm ready to brew is the recipe finalised?

Wait a few weeks. Want to make sure we've a fill date agreed first and the schedule is pretty tight.
