So we have not had a formal meeting since November so i think we should make a list of any business we want to discuss at next weeks meeting. Off the top of my head...
1: Upcoming competitions. (Lucan , Nationals)
2: 2014 hop group buy.
3. Possible malt buy.
4: Barrel timeline and possible next brew.up numbers.
5: Recruitment / possibility of a public brew day to try drum up new numbers.
What do people think?
Great minds Will ;)
Thanks Nigel:

Would love to host another brewday
Its a great excuse to cook something nice - and get a brew in while we are at it.
Just need to pick a date that suits everyone.

9. Pinched off another forum "We could have something like €20 per annum, or pay as you go say €2 per meet. Money would go on equipment for brew days. Lee Valley charge, and to good effect as they now have an impressive array of gear.

(Moving Club because Dempsey was burning my ears :P only joking, moved to Rush from Lucan and looking forward to meeting you guys)
Cracked a bottle of my DIPA for research purposes and I'm sad to say its just not ready. Little to no carbonation still.
I'll have a dig around and see what else I have to bring instead.

Great night lads. Lots and LOTS of good beers.
The milk stouts were a high point for me. Great to see differences in a style.
Fair play to Brian. The milk stout really was up to competition standard.
Look out 13F competitors.
NCB for the win this year.
Couldn't make it last night sounds like I missed a good one
As usual gr8 beers and gr8 company.

Wow, was damn sure that you've used some saaz.
With that grain bill, hops and yeast don't have a clue how did you end up with a so tasty lager :o
