Title: Fermentation Schedules

Guys just putting the fermentation schedule into my book for the brew yesterday.

Here is mine (for a bottled pale ale) - what's yours ?

12.1.2013 Brew day
+14 - 26.1.2013 - Fermentation Finished add dry hops
+17 - 29.1.2013 - Move to shed (cool to 10C)
+21 - 03.2.2013 - Move to house (back up to 20C)
+22 - 04.2.2013 - Bottle
+36 - 19.2.2013 - Carbonation finish - check - move to fridge
+50 - 05.3.2013 - Ready to drink

When you move it to the shed to drop to 10C, is that similar to a cold crash to clear your beer?

Yea - the ambient temp of the shed is around 10C - if its warmer - i'll pop it into the fridge at 4C
