Title: Conan and split batch
Post by: admin on January 20, 2014, 03:09:24 PM
Split batch 1.078 OG.

Notty in one half, Conan in the other. 10 days at room temp.

Notty is at 1.012, Conan at 1.020.

Has Conan finished?

Did you use the yeast I gave you. My brew from same batch is down to 1.012 at room temperature.

I've done something similar recently.
15 days ago I've split batch (1.060 OG) and pitched with:
conan 1.014 @19*C
wb 06 1.007 @19*C
lager 830 (3rd generation) 1.016 @9*C

How low will conan go?

According to the website ~80%. That's in line with what I've found over 3 brews.
