Post by: admin on January 21, 2014, 07:32:19 PM
Looking for a very small drive belt, size of a small elastic band. Anyone know where these can be bought?

o-rings can be used.

I used one to repair my "Trevor Bayliss Clockwork Radio for Africa" radio when the belt perished!

For those of a tender age this was a wind up radio for the 3rd world. Its still working after more 25 years!

I used a pair of rubber bands to fix a turntable one night. the music kept going, but towards the end of the night it started to wobble a bit.

This is to replace a perished drive belt in a 3" floppy drive (yes, 3", not 3-1/2")

Had one of them, never had any Disc though, just tapes. Fav game, any of the Dizzy games
