made a weetabix beer once, twas lovely.

Used cornflakes several times, in fact there was one on the weekend comp scored exceptionally well. Cornflakes works way better then flaked maize which is destined for animal feed in Ireland :o ;D
At least the cornflakes are made for humans ;)

I guess the vitamins sprayed onto the cornflakes may boost yeast health.

I only use cornflakes in lagers and originally was dodges coors clone

Weetabix is excellent for brewing. Just add a little sugar and some cold milk (some like hot milk but they are just wimps) and this will sustain you for the many hours of brewing ahead of you even through the clean up stage :P.

Jaysus lads a weetabix stout would keep you regular.... You might be sleeping on the sofa for a day or two after.
