Started with this brew a few weeks ago and have to say its a nice professional kit. it feels good and the smell is great when mixing and bottling...

A little warm water in the bag and give it a good shake and the bag is clean.

Have to say the smell of the syrop with the warm water is great. with the coopers i had a bit of caramel smell but this has a hopy, sour caramel smell. It smelled just like making your own mash :) Moved my bucket to my fermenting place so i dont have to carry the whole bucket with 23 liter.
filled the bucket to 23 liter with cold water

took the temp and it was 23 dgr and had 1.050 on my hydro just like the site says :)
Time to put in the yeast..

after 4 days put the bag of hop in a cup of water and left that for 30 minutes and then added the tea and the bag to the brew and closed the lid.
day 8 botteling day. the gravity was at 1.010 and that is botteling time according the manual :)
decided to use my coopers pet bottles, it was more because i am lazy and only had to flush them out and not get off all the glue left by the labels..

first got it all in a big fermenting bottle, still did not order other buckets for fermenting and botteling.. my syphoning skills are improving its almost like i am a real brewer :P

and now for the hardest part of brewing... The long wait untill I can have a taste
Great stuff. I did that same kit last year, it makes a fine beer. The 3kg bag of malt makes a very fast brew day.
It needs at least 3 months to before it's ready though :(
Nice job!
oh yes its just a few days ago that i bottled the stuff so its a long wait.. But have some other brews planned to get enough to drink this summer :).
But have done some cooper kits but this kit smells great and its easy to brew and good instructions with the kit.
The instructions (destructions) are Coopers' one downfall alright..
Great post i do love pics :)
I love pics too its a bit of a visual addition to the logbook :)
