I've got a few 500ml bottles I can bring. We need three, don't we? One for tasting on the night and two for possible entry.
Will, can you take paid up and labelled competition entries on the night?

Yes thats the Idea!
They do need to be paid up and labelled correctly.
If thats still a bit too early we can always meet up at the Boro just before the deadline (any old excusse for a pint and a chat).
We'll talk about our hop/malt buy on Tuesday to decide what we're going to buy. Will then hopefully go ahead and get an order in :) There is definitely enough grain and hops earmarked by us all to make this worthwhile.
If you're still to get your choices in or if you want to change your mind, update the sheet! Or if you lost the link, PM me.

Wow!!! What a night. Top beers for me were Nigel's mosaic pale ale and magnethead's Belgian. Possibly two of the best homebrews I've ever tasted. :)
But then we had the ciders (Richie and Jacob) and all the other beers.... Wow! And all the pristine stouts!
The highest standard NCB meetup yet IMHO.
Wait till ye get my jaipur clone :)
How did you do in LB comp Mr D?
I seem to remember some alcohol infused posts from you on your way home on the bus ;)
Had a great one last night - great beers - especially impressed with the belgian
Jeasus that RIS had me in a heap !
Some lovely Beers and Ciders, My favourites, the First Cidar by Jacob was gorgeous and the Brown Ale from Nigel was top notch!
Just going back through the notes, some weird flavourings added to the Belgium....I'd recommend the seeds to paradise to anyone...Looks like standard peppercorns until you crack them open to see the white interior which gives a good citrus flavour, powerfull stuff...better in Weisbiers though.
