Title: 10 all-grain Brews in January
Post by: brenmurph on February 05, 2014, 01:11:31 PM
Yet another brewday yesterday. This time a 3 and a half hour day testiment to our simple but highly efficient brewing system.
This was the last competition beer (11 in all, Most brewed in january)

Theres a little difference this time in that we used Freshly malted maris otter barley that I aqquired from UK and our own hops that we grew, dried and froze last october.

As usual our well proven yeast gets off to a flying start and this brew is smelling great. See the pic, this is a 200ml starter 10 hours into work ;)

Roll on the next one

Fair play Brenden. If there was ever to be a NHC award for most brews in a year, you'd leave the rest of us chewing dust.
You must be up on a hundred brews a year at this stage.
