Hi,
Would it be a problem to bottle straight from the first fermenter ( not transfer it to a second fermenter)? I'm using carbonation drops. Could there be a problem with the yeast in the bottom?
if the first fermenter has a tap on it then you should not have any problems, if you dont then the last few bottles could be tricky because assuming you will be using a siphon you are probably going to start sucking up a lot of yeast. If you have a lagre pot when you get down to about 5L or what ever the pot can hold it might be easier to transfer the rest into the pot then fill the last few bottles from that.

you fine then. if your moving it to a table to bottle it just lave it at least a half an hour for any yeast you knock up to settle back down. you wont disturbed the yeast at the bottom when filling the bottles, when the beer drops below the tap you can gently tilt the fermenter to get a bit more out
A good rule of thumb is to have it set up for a while on say a table and have a phone book or domething ready at hand to slip under the back of the fermenter to tip it forward thus getting the most out :)
Good tip Dempsey. I never prepare and end up holding it at an angle.
@Nordic man, for greater consistency across a batch get a second bucket and ferment in this
batch priming in the bucket you have already.
If space is right make sure the buckets are identical, then you can store one in the other when not in use.
Dip tube loses only a few ml with a tea towel or beer mat to tilt bucket

@johnrm, I just got one more fermenter, so I'll do that in the future. Got a bag with carbonation drops with my set, so I wanted to use them, handy enough but a bit expensive and not that much work to transfer over the brew over to a second fermenter I hope.

Use a bottling wand thing with the tap to avoid aeration of the beer as it goes in. Shortens the shelf life otherwise.
Consider using an autosyphon for transfers.
A little dearer, but so much better and a way faster transfer.

I never do secondary CH, I'm way too lazy. I just siphon from primary into my bottling bucket with priming solution

oh i love those autosyphon.. I have a lare one for beer and cider and small one for my wines for the small bottles. I even bottle with the small one with my bottlewand attached to it. works great.
