Title: Mead - Polski Trójniak

Just started making another mead.
Here's the recipe:

4.5kg honey
6.7l water
25g citric acid
5g yeast nutrient
5g mead yeast Zamojscy

Boil honey with some water (2 litre) for few minutes getting rid of scum while boiling.
Chill, add the rest of the water and citric acid.
Pour to the fermenter pitch yeast.

I know what some are going to say about boiling.
I'm not saying it's a right way to make mead it's just one of ways.
Btw honey I used is 2,25kg lidl and 2,25 aldi hon.
