Title: Coopers Sparkling Ale - Improper Job

  hacked the above kit with the hops used in Proper job, i entered the beer in the Liffey Comp and got a score of 30.5

Brew  18-11-13
Bottle 2-12-13
OG     1037
FG      1006
ABV    4.6%

Kit
1kg extra light spray malt
150g carapils
200g pale ale
200g cara red

30g chinook @ 60min
25g cascade @ 60min

30g chinook  @15min
15g cascade  @ 15min
30g willamette @ 15min

25g willamette dry hopped

What were the judges comments as that looks lovely.

Wouldn't the pale malt require mashing?
