Title: Anyone here brew with gas?
Post by: admin on February 13, 2014, 03:16:01 PM
Possibility of a monster brew day soon, but need some people to be on gas as the ESB meter won't be able to take the load.

I have a gas ring I bought for a rig but it ended up in the shed

It's for the lambic. You'd be at that brew day so no loaning involved  :P
Have you used it? Would it get a boil going on 60L before we were all bollixed?

We need to mash 66kg and up to 180L of water at any given point in the mash. I'm thinking that's about 275L capacity at a guess.  There's 8 of us so carve it up lads. What's the best we can do?
