Title: Hi There from new to club
Post by: george on February 15, 2014, 01:23:10 PM
Just joined. My main interest is cider making but in the off season I like to hack beer kits. Ive never had luck with kegs (always goes off of flat before I'm quarter way through) so I bottle condition always now. I havent tried beer from scratch as I want to remain happily married and be allowed into the kitchen :-\

Hi George welcome to the forum.
We use cornelius kegs and pressure should be constant, Alex sells them, never go flat that way
Try and go to the meets or demo days in your local club, they will show you how to do it from scratch or grains.
Where you based?

obvious question, but did you have gas hooked up to your kegs?
