Well since the Celebration ale is drying up in the offies, I thought i'd try make a clone of one of my favourite beers.
Simple grist of just 88% Maris Otter and 12% Crystal 145
For hops Chinook for bittering at 68 IBU's
At ten mins Centennial & Cascade and the same at 0 mins and will dry hop when fermentation is almost done.
OG 1065

How did this turn our? Looking to do something similar soon enough. Crystal looks pretty high.
