Spotted this today, on sale Monday March 3rd in Lidl.

Got that one around a year ago delivered with ParcelMotel for ~60e. No problems so far, totally happy with it.

Its really not worth it. The bags you get are on a role so as hard as it is to seal one properly you have to seal both ends. The roll is like crisp packet material and to be honest i never got a perfect seal with them. They do reseal the silver hop bags for get from the HBC pretty  good. just a heads up. You get what you pay for and I've found that out with Lidldy Aldi.

Depending on what you are going to be sealing you can get one from amazon like CH mentions see

If you plan on vacuum sealing containers with liquid contents you may be interested in the la.va v100 for €260 or the premium version for €299 http://www.la-va.com/vacuum-sealer-v100-premium.htm

We have one of the la.va machines which is automatic and puts a double seal on each bag. It can be bought with a whole host of accessories depending on your needs. It also contains a liquid trap and makes an excellent seal every time as long as you use it according to the instructions provided

I'm planning on buying the £39.99 Andrew James Model.

Whats the best option in relation to the rolls of bags, as there seems to be a couple of different options. I presume I am better off going for the full rolls, rather than the bags, as I'm not limited on the bag length then. Should I get a roll of the 22cm x 10m roll for slightly smaller bags, and the 28cm x 10m for bigger bags.

Is 20 meters going to do me for a while, or should I get more while I am at it. I intend to use these for hops, and maybe also for freezing meat.
