Just blended two of my quite average beers to make a rather tasty India Pale Kolsch.
Anyone doing many blending experiments? I wonder were there many blends entered into the competition?
A certain cider was pasturised and then blended with a reduced ( ie. Boiled down 75% ) apple juice.
