Title: Twisted Pepper Homebrew Competition 2013
Post by: Alex Lawes on March 12, 2013, 01:51:20 PM
Got a message from Ian at the Twisted Pepper.

It's going ahead on Wednesday 1st May, 7.30pm start.
Judges may be the Beernut and a brewer from the Porterhouse.
Prizes for overall winner, second and third. No categories.

Entrants required to bring 6 x 33cl bottles of their brew. (no labels)
All beers judged on what style of beer they're entered under.

I told him that 6 bottles is a bit steep for an entry amount but no reply back. Would much rather a 2 x 500ml bottle system so I would enter a few for the craic.

QuoteI'd call it Historic!
Looking at the bjcp style guide would classify it as speciality,
but like the sound of 'Historic Mild'  8-)
