Hi From Donabate.
Started brewing about two years ago.Just Finished my 52 brew an Partial mash Imperial stout 20 litres SG 1.110 split in two ,One half added another 10 litres water SG down to 1.052 will add Jamson whiskey in secondry to make a whiskey stout.Will leave other half at 10 litres for an imperial stout.Looking foward to having Discussions on the highs and lows of brewing.
