Anybody local got some to swap or borrow till I get some.

Just thinking I can properly get unmalted rye in the health food store. Properly.
Costly for a small amount. I plan on using about 1.7kg

You can get flaked rye in health food shops. I got some in holland and barret in clarehall.

Thanks just checked H & B €2.38 for 1kg isn't bad. Bit cheaper than swords health store.
