Title: Just Removed These From Crash Chilling.

Just pulled these from crash chilling in my fermentation chamber.Can anybody guess what the problem is with these four containers ? Bear in mind they have been in there for about 4 months now.  ::)

That the liquid in the demijohn is defying the laws of nature by not lying level. :P

No you feckin gombeen, there are no labels on any of them so i have no feckin idea what's in 3 of them :'(

Well one bucket had bottles of apple cider in and the other 3 were intended to be cider but have now been put into wine bottles as fruit wines  ;D
