Title: Fermentability Myth Bustin: Mash Thickness Has No Impact
Post by: biertourist on March 26, 2013, 08:49:28 PM
Sorry, Palmer, but it would appear that mash thickness doesn't actually have an impact on fermentability.  It does impact how much extract you can get out of the grain but it doesn't impact fermentability.

This one is from Kai: http://braukaiser.com/documents/Effects_of_mash_parameters_on_attenuation_and_efficiency.pdf
