Title: Brew day at Brian's.
Post by: DEMPSEY on April 08, 2014, 11:10:57 AM
Planning a brew day at my place. The next bank holiday is may 3rd. How does that suit as a Saturday or would a non bank holiday day suit. :).

Provided I can get there and am in the country, I'd be down for it.

I'm suppsed to be in Gloucester for work around then sometime, but I'll try not to be when a BH is coming up.

I'll be there if it's on a weekend I'm about. What are we brewing Brian? is it a 2500L batch?  ;)

I'd like to attend.... depending on the day. Had a very brief "dry run" of the brewery with CoilnC, impressive! What brew is planned?

Are you working in Leixlip for the weekend? Are you working with the circus or on the amusements?

Probably be between Citywest/Bluebell on the Friday, most of Saturday in Leixlip & Sunday/Monday in Dublin.

Wish I was working in a circus -DR weekend so if we don't get everything live by Tuesday it will be a circus :-[

And for the non-Liffeyers who may hope to attend (if it's allowed for plebs who aren't in the best homebrew club in the country), where are you?

Just back from the brewday - Jeasus Brian - thats some setup. I am particularly impressed with all the wood cladding. The detail is amazing.
Bad luck with the boiler - hopefully its nothing too serious !

I thought your Guinness clone is spot on- great job. Unfortunately the drivers curse meant I could only have a small sample !

Great job

Found out what Brian's secret ingredient for winning beers is
(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/05/07/tyga8a6y.jpg)
Gives you a deadly head buzz
(health warning for the terminally stupid: this is a joke. Do not use slug pellets in your beer idiot!)
