Son got one today. Well impressed. Quality item, and that's said from a household gullible enough to have Apple products!

Can you install apps on these that are not on Google Play?

Would they be any use as an ereader?

I'm new to tablets so haven't a clue  :-[

Nice one. Be handy to install certain apps and plug it into the telly for films and live sport  :o

generally speaking none of these tabs run flash well for the sites you mean, i have a 2013 Nexus and that even struggles. Chromecast for €35 would be a better bet
