Title: Beer cocktails
Post by: nigel_c on April 22, 2014, 10:15:40 AM
Having people over at the weekend for a birthday party and I'm looking to have some beer cocktails on for the night to get some of the unadventurous kind involved.
Anybody have any suggestion? The more adventurous the better.
I'm thinking of having the ingredients for a few different ones set up ranging from intro to what the hell is that.
I reckon some sours would make some interesting drinks. Maybe Gin + Kriek + ? or something like that.
All suggestion welcome.
Nigel.

Haha brilliant. I know the lads would be happy but might have to put an umbrella for the ladies.

As a dessert option Kriek goes very well with chocolate profiteroles, when you take a profiterole and wash it down with Kriek it tastes just like black forest gateaux
