Title: Culture Night and The Open Source
Post by: sub82 on April 29, 2014, 03:30:02 PM
I mentioned this at the brewday on Saturday but just wanted to post about it. I contacted the Culture Night (http://www.culturenightbelfast.com/) organisers to see about a homebrew demo type thing and they're pretty keen.

The only issue is that a full brew from start to finish wouldn't be ideal as no one would be stopping for that length of time. I don't think a stand with some samples, etc. would be relevant to the Culture Night format.

Anyone any suggestions?

They also pointed me to The Open Source (http://www.opensourceni.com), part of the CQAF (http://www.cqaf.com) 1st - 11th May. Very short notice but we could book a slot for a homebrew swap/tasting meet?
