Was thinking of using Galaxy, never used it before - any recommendations ??
They are great. Late hop and dry hop or both. Lovely.

If you want to know how lovely these hops can be, pick up Stone & Wood pale ale if you can
Twisted Hop by Hilden is also full of Galaxy.
