Title: very strange but nice cider
Post by: The Mottly Brew on May 01, 2014, 01:56:43 PM
This is the strangest thing I have ever made but it turned out quite well

PEACHES, APPLE AND RHUBARB CIDER !

I know it sounds disgusting but it is actually quite sweet and tasty. My mother inlaws fridge  packed up a few weeks ago and all her frozen fruit was going to spoil so I made a cider out it by just adding brewing sugar, yeast and water. I left it in the fermenter for about a week with the brew belt on constant 22c and when the airlock stopped I bottled and this is the result.
