Morning all, would anybody be interested in going in on bulk hops buy from yakima valley. You can pound and half pound bags which I plan to split and vacuum seal and throw in the freezer, only pellets can be shipped internationally.
It roughly works out £2.50-£3.00 per 100g of hops delivery included 8)
I'd be interested. Would be able to pick them up from Belfast easy enough.
No problem i'm sure something could be arranged, the more the merrier, helps with shipping costs.
Just checked out their website, so many lovely hops!!!! I'd be interested in buying some solid bittering hops and some more out there/ less available hops!
Just realised this is the Belfast group! Whoops! Could be problematic so!
Count me in, Dave :)

Sounds good to me!
Can I geg in on this one, sil vous plait? I'm as Derry-based as Thomas. Would only be looking for a couple of bags. Maybe £20s worth.
Happy days, ive a vacuum sealer if anyone wants them pre bagged,
if anyone needs them posted i'm sure a couple of quid extra would cover it.
I will confirm next week who's all in. Pm what you need, pound bags can be split
and sorted between us ??? :o 8)
Cheers
Dave
If here on time could be brought to the hudson next meet
I'd be up for a squidly or twos worth.
So who all wants in??? Pm what you are looking and i'll get back with the final price. I assume most people have paypal to transfer the cash
Hey Dave,
Is the start of the week okay to get back to you on type and quantity? Need to take some time to sit down and properly browse that site.
Am I right in assuming there's a half-pound minimum weight for each item?
Cheers,
-Bary
2oz, 8oz and 16oz (roughly 60, 225 and 450g).
I've not stopped looking at that site. Feels stupid ordering UK hops from America...
Would a list not make more sense? So people could know if a 1lb bag is being bought etc.
Why would you get less than a pound? They're DIRT cheap. 450g Cascade for €7.

I agree but Dave said they came in pound and half-pound bags. I'm just making sure that he's not inundated with folk looking for 100g of this and 100g of that, so he's wasting his summer dividing out hops.
Some range alright. No Galaxy, oddly. And it's my new favourite hop too.

Gotcha. I'm looking for whole bags anyway. It looks like a good AIPA would use a pound of Nugget or whatever no problem. Damn, just given away my 2015 Gold Medal winning recipe!

Duh. Didn't pay too much attention to where Galaxy came from. Just assumed they were from the States :-[

What're they like? I'm up for trying something new.
Best to do half pound minimum, for all the price of them I wouldnt bother with any less, get the lists sorted lads :)
I had planned on ordering myself around 8-10 pounds so for best valve for money would be 18-20 in total
I'm in no rush for a week or 2 just when everybody's ready
I fancied a pound of galaxy myself, haven't tried them yet, there in the import section, Australian
