(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/05/08/a2u9eduv.jpg)  Couldn't resist this when in Cork for GCB exam yesterday.  How best to finish it off? ?

It's like the Blarney stone; how many Cork people have kissed that dirty thing?

What is it?!

It's tripe, genius done Chinese style in a kinda sweet chilli sauce. The Chinese shop behind the Jervis Luas stop does it. Tastes like butter.
