Hi eoin, I would be interested in a bag, sorry im not really sure of the process. I will be back in Ireland on the 2nd of june, I will be getting the 55l pot from the homebrew store, Just wanted to drop you a line in case there was a rush to it. no panic if I miss it. ill get in on the next boat.

Is it electric with exposed elements? If so I'll need more accurate measurements.
