Sheary's pub in Crumlin have offered us space to use for homebrewing tastings once a month similar to those around the city and country for local brewers and for those looking to get into brewing. Theres a small group of us already signed up for the first tasting which will hopefully take place in around a months time so if you're in the area and have some beers to bring along or simply want to come along to sample some of the homebrews on offer or find out more information about brewing you're more than welcome.
I'll be posting details about time and date in the next while. The cost is free, although its good manners to buy a pint or two from the bar for allowing us to use their space (their pizzas are excellent too). Sheary's have 6 craft beers on draught too plus others on bottle so ye won't go thirsty
The 151 and 27 bus stop right outside the door which is dead handy for people from Clondalkin and Tallaght too
Any questions feels free to ask
***UPDATE*** The first tasting evening will take place in Sheary's of Crumlin on Bangor Road (just off the main Crumlin Road) at 8pm on the 17th of June. All welcome with or without beer. For those bringing beer please bring 2 x 500ml of beer so that everyone can have a taste
Lovely spot I believe.
