Post by: mr hoppy on May 22, 2014, 11:47:56 PM
Anyone out there brewing with brett at the moment - picked up some WLP 650 and 653 recently and wondered if anyone had used them before?

Yep. Going with a pale ale tomorrow. 2.5l brux trios bubbling away. That is WLP 644.

Actually, it's the 644, not the 650 I have. It sounds like a really interesting yeast.

Ive a 100% brett c stout on. Very vigorous fermentation. Its died away now. Dunno what to do. Leave in the carboy with the brett for 3 months?

Was it in cat23? BYO mag has a brett IPA feature in it this issue.
