Friend of mine is looking to take the plunge and since I will not be brewing over summer, I'm hoping an open brewday might work. He lives in Irishtown so would technically be a Capital brewer.

Not sure, he might have to start off with a kit and then move from there.

Shane (Shiny) is away at the moment and he's the contact for Tog.. I guess we won't know til he comes back.

I'm looking into it with the TOG lads. Provisionally looking at 22nd June but this is not confirmed as there is an overlap with stuff already on in the space. Will create a dedicated thread once I know. Some of the stuff I would like to get done would be:

Setting up (aka cleaning) the two existing kegs in TOG with the aim of making a simple unrefrigerated dispensing system in there.
Brewing using the experimental hops (http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.com/forum/index.php?topic=6250.0) Taf was selling

It would be great to get a few people working on things simultaneously and agree in advance so there would be a variety of things going on.
