To be honest was expecting same 'desert' as in Portugal but to my surprise craft revolution got there as well :)
Firstly visited Great Leap Brewery (http://www.greatleapbrewing.com/)
Lovely pub located not to far from the Forbiden City in Dongcheng District.

Serving quite a few beers, from which I've tried
Pale Ale #6
(http://i61.tinypic.com/2nbu0ll.jpg)
Liu The Brave Stout
(http://i61.tinypic.com/5yhj5d.jpg)
Little General IPA
(http://i61.tinypic.com/o1tl4.jpg)
Wheat IPA
(http://i60.tinypic.com/2untv5v.jpg)
All beers very, very good and brewed using mostly local ingredients.
For my second destination I've selected Slow Boat Brewery (http://www.slowboatbrewery.com/) and their Tap Room situated between Sanlitun and Gulou districts.
Very small place, with 21 taps makes it a 'must see' location.

This time I went for
The Cannon Smoked Porter (http://www.slowboatbrewery.com/american-craft-beer/the-cannon-smoked-porter/)
and Monkey's Fist IPA (http://www.slowboatbrewery.com/american-craft-beer/monkeys-fist-ipa/)
Once, again was not disapointed with any of those.
Lastly I've chosen to visit Jing A Brewery (http://www.capitalbrew.com/) placed in the The Big Smoke in Chaoyang district.
It's the only brewery brewing on site and on that day they were brewing their award winning IPA.
Have to say that this brewery is a real gem! Was really impressed by the quality of their products. Strongly recommend it to anyone going to Beijing.
Even had a chance to catch Alex (one of the founders and masterbrewer) during the work and had a word with him. They're working on two 350l mash tuns and 700l fermenters.

In that place I had to try following:
The Worker's Pale Ale
(http://i60.tinypic.com/201n61.jpg)
Flying Fist IPA
(http://i60.tinypic.com/30ucsk9.jpg)
Mandarin Summer Wheat
(http://i59.tinypic.com/10d5aug.jpg)
Koji Red Ale
(http://i57.tinypic.com/21j3okh.jpg)
and Full Moon Farmhouse Ale
(http://i62.tinypic.com/ng99py.jpg)
If I had to complain about any of those would say that the wheat was average and coriander was not noticeable at all but it was listed on the ingredient list,
also would expect more wasabi in Koji, but it was there hidden in the background :)
Generally was very happy about a trip and a beer scene over there.
I even wear my NHC shirt on the Great Wall :P

you must have fallen face first out of that place ;D
Nice pub Jacob :o
What county is Beijing in? ;D
Thirsty work having to walk the full length of the wall :)
Great review Jacob
I wonder where the brewerys buy their s/s stuff!
