I brewed something like this before but didn't feel the Saaz shone through, so I've added another 50g at the end.
I had acid malt in the version using Leixlip water, but as there's nothing in this water by way of carbonates I decided to leave it out.
The yeast is a re-pitch from my dunkel, which is from a vial originally from Ciderhead.
I will ferment this at 11C until it's down to 1.020 and then I'll transfer to a corny and spund (ferment under pressure) the rest of the way.
