Did we not have an invitation from the Porterhouse (http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.com/forum/index.php?topic=6885.0)?
Have a lot going on in work this week, especially on Monday/Tuesday, so will probably decide on the day if I'll make an appearance depending on how tired I'll be.

Yea last Tuesday dunkel did not have a response back. Also the top floors are for the restaurant. So we would be downstairs split over a few tables and given its a world cup month it may not have turned out the best.
Just in kavanaghs and were booked in . They also have Galway hooker stout on cask later
Anyone fancy heading in later to sample it? If not I'll most defintly be getting some of that after work tomorrow!
I could be tempted to pop in for 1 on my way home from work. Any idea what time they are tapping it?
Whenever someone wants a pint. Can't beat that freshness.
well if I leave now I can be there in 30 or 40 minutes?
If your dropping in I'll hang on. No need to rush
On the way. :)
First pints ftw!

Gonna pop in too. Polaris pale ale in my bag.
Good night, the Grapefruit Saison from Mark was my highlight.
Thankfully my volcano wasn't as spectacular as last time, I really need to sort out my priming issues though.
Great to be back in WJ Kavanagh's, my thanks to the management and staff there for treating us so well.
Some lovey food was graciously donated. The Haggis balls were gorgeous. :)
I didn't know haggis had ... :o
Really impressed with how Kavanagh's treated us last night. They enjoyed and appreciated getting to taste all the beers too.
I posted that Grapefruit Saison recipe in the Recipe section Brian_C.
Cheers,
Mark
