Title: Auntie Annies
Post by: Bill_00 on June 26, 2014, 11:46:00 AM
Reopening with more of a craft beer feel! Potentially as early as next week!

Same owners as Aether&Echo apparently.

That's good to hear. Was sad when Auntie Annies closed. Had some great nights there. I popped in for a swalley they day it closed. The Guinness tasted bittersweet (now there's some quality prose for you).

You been to Aether and Echo? It's sort of an odd place but pleasant; infinitely better than the old Deer's Head.

I might get shot for saying this but I really don't care much for Filthy McNasty's. All style no substance. And the beer selection is particularly shite.

I'm with you on Filthys Barry!

If they hold up on the craft beer comment it'll be great!

So I was driving by yesterday and noticed a luminous yellow front with the sign "The bar with no name?"

Should be interesting.
