------
Used Saphir hops instead of Saaz and EXP Grapefruit / Lemon Zest hops for Dry hopping instead of Azacca this time (Citra or Sorachi Ace might work too). Pitched Lacto starter at 28 c (starter WLP677 Lacto 5 days in 1:040 DME wort) kept wrapped with heat belt and pitched fresh American Farmhouse WLP670 blend starter at 48 hours. Turned off heat and allowed to drop naturally. Add zest and juice of 3 pink grapefruits dissolved in the 500g of sugar 24 - 36 hours after pitching sach yeast (or high krausen). Panned out about 22 c, fermentation finished at 1:004 after 8 days. Lager at 4c for a week or so, carbed to 3 vols in a corny.
