Title: Floral hops wanted
Post by: lordarpad on June 27, 2014, 08:15:27 AM
Folks

I am looking to make an English bitter, but with that floral flavour that you get recently. I used challenger and made a rather nice beer, but it doesn't have that floralness. I just found out that that might be American hops. What do people use? French triskel? Cascade?

Goldings would tend to have floral notes and is good for English style ales. http://www.homebrewwest.ie/bulldog-east-kent-goldings-hop-pellets-100g-alpha-3-6-3795-p.asp
