Let the LME sit in hot water to soften it. This is probably the 10th Extract brew I have done and this is by far the freshest LME i have smelled and seemed to give more ABV then the other types.

This will be bottled at the weekend so looking forward to trying it in a couple weeks. Very impressed with the LME and the freshness of the hops. So impressed in fact that I subsequently ordered Bulldog Fuggles, Cascade and Chinook. Why no other company have thought to make a resealable pouch is beyond me. Delighted with everything in the range.
Cheers HBW
