dunno if its cheap, theres very good full flavoured beers in lidl and aldi for 99cents.... watered down beamish at 1.29 not for me...drank beamish as my preferred drink for decades, my local in Kildare mahons stocked it because one man drank 5 pints most nights so it was worth stocking, I helped out albeit not 5 pints a nite... yorman died eventually and mahons stopped serving it ( on keg)

Isnt half the beer it was just like wrasslers is nowhere what it was in the 90's when I discovered it first  :)

but just for the craic I must buy a couple cans and test it ;)

I had my first pint of beamish for years last week. Really enjoyed it. Was looking for a clone recipe but haven't found something convincing yet. Saw the deal and thought "Why bother?"
Had a can lastnight. While not quite as nice as the pub. Still very enjoyable..:-)
