Hello Everyone. I'm relatively new to these parts so I thought I'd drop by to say hello. I live in North County Dublin. Some of you will know me from boards.ie where I had my humble beginnings.
I'm kicking it up to all grain now and looking forward to the adventure. See you on the forums.

Welcome Khannie.
Welcome dude, I'm familiar with your modding activities on boards, herding cats, for years. :D
I was just doing a bit of swatting on boards. Was it you or beernut that invented turbo cider? :P
It was Khannies Turbo Cider thread on boards that sent me down the path of home production. A gentleman!
I knew it :P
Welcome, your name has being mentioned here before

credit for this must go to Khannie from Boards
made this cider from the Pure cloudy apple juice, not the concentrate juice. the best value is from aldi/lidl at €1.29 a lt.
very simple to make and very happy with the result.
22 lts of apple juice
400ml of boiled water
4 tea bags
3 boxes of Sunmaid raisins, 42.5g a box
cider yeast
Haha. I have made quite a bit of that cider in my time alright. I have to give beernut his props though - I just altered what he did. I've actually stopped using the raisins now to keep the OG a bit lower.
Thanks for the warm welcome, folks. :)
Bout time ya came aboard!
